Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS team presented the first case report of the inhaled anti-fungal PC945, at the Fungal Update meeting held in London on 15th-16th March, 2019.

This is the first report describing the use of PC945 treatment for refractory Aspergillus bronchial anastomotic infection and tracheobronchitis in a lung transplant patient. Treatment was highly effective in the clearance of visible signs of infection and was well tolerated
